CORC Consultation Evaluation Questionnaire

This project is part of a national collaboration with the CAMHS Outcome and Research Consortium (CORC). It aims to demonstrate whether consultation works or not and what can be improved. This evaluation can inform future work both locally and nationally.

 

The questionnaire is for both face-to-face and telephone consultations where other professions require information or advice on a child mental health issue from a CAMHS practitioner
